We have a little thought experiment to be carried out. Take the situation of Wisconsin, read some articles and take a few hours to think over the event in its concreteness. Then ponder the following questions and others you can come up with:
What would you do? How would you move? What would you need? Who would you get in touch with? How would you talk to people?
To what degree would these be similar or different than those you might need in a natural disaster or economic collapse?
